Milk Packaging: Environmental Toluene-free Ink Will Become Main Current of Printing Ink

At present, the package printing of milk powder is mainly made of plastic-based composites soft package, as well as metal cans. Plastics flexible packaging printing, basically first print on BOPP or 0ET film, and then compound with aluminum foil or aluminum-plated foil and heat sealing materials.
General formula for the milk powder packaging, the main use is chlorinated polypropylene resin-based ink printing, despite the ink manufacturers have tried a number of ways to adjust the structure of ink to reduce toxic solvent benzene residue in the packaging, but there is still little residual in it. For the total elimination of toxic solvent residues, some enterprises have adopted toluene-free ink to print, but there are some quality problems, so fewer applications.

Toluene-free ink generally refers to the use of polyurethane resin as the main resin ink, basically non-benzene solvent. Therefore, toluene-free ink will gradually be welcomed by the milk producer.
